All I gotta say if it wasn't for Allison Ryan in the service department I would find business else where! Allison Ryan not only did damage control but she gave me a realization that not all people at the dealerships are the same. She went above and beyond by being honest and accommodating me and keeping her word and not add unnecessary extra jobs for commission or competition and is a very hard worker. She's been nothing but helpful and was a pleasure to do business with. Thankyou very much Allison for all your help and everything you do!
I have driven a Mercedes for longer than I care to mention. I made a conscious decision to make a change with my recent lease of a new luxury car. After evaluating, and driving, many vehicles, I decided on the Acura TLX. My least favorite thing to do is get a new car. Mark Klang at Acura of Ocean (and his team) made the experience painless. I visited the showroom 1x to test drive two models; I went back to sign my paperwork and pick up my new Acura! All in all it took me less than 3 hours! All my requirements were met and I absolutely love the car too. It handles remarkably well and has a great rating. Everyone, esp. Mark, at this dealership was helpful and accommodating. We just purchased our vehicle through Steve Douglas it was the easiest and least amount of stress we have EVER had buying a new car. He made it fun, educational, and was a professional from start to finish. The GM was also a pleasure to do business with he ran out the door to help us with stroller down the stairs and walked us to our car to make sure we knew how to work all the features and sink our phones with the BlueTooth bc Steve was working with a customer when we picked it up. Highly recommend this dealership and will be back for the next car!
My wife and I loved our experience at Acura of Ocean. Mark Klang and his co worker Jay were unbelievable salesmen. Polite, understanding, and most of all not pushy at all. This was our 2nd experience at Acura of Ocean and would purchase another Acura from there solely based on Mark and Jays customer service. Not only Mark and Jay but every interaction with management and finance was pleasant.
