Stumbled upon B&A Auto when STS told me it was a four hour wait for an oil change. Been coming to them ever since. These guys are hardworking, quick in/out for this busy Mom, and honest. Free tire rotation and car wash was just a bonus. Will continue to use them and refer them. Side note: we moved to Red Bank and still drive to Ocean for the service!
Went to this place due to being in a rush for an oil change. Service was phenomenal and this will definitely be my new spot. Owner is honest and great to deal with. Very clean facility too.
I wouldn't even know where to begin or how to thank Rob enough for being so honest, upfront, and kind. He isn't looking to just get your money. He tries to save you money, and get done what you need. He has done work on both of our cars and our oil changes and maintenance are always done by him. He has done out of the ordinary work to help us truly is one of the most honest auto mechanics/businessmen I have ever worked with. Thank you Rob for being what everyone wishes they could find. Good man you are.
It can be hard to find an honest mechanic, so look at the reviews and decide for yourself. I appreciate how honest and nice Rob is. I fully admit that I am not that responsible when it comes to car maintenance and because of that I have been spoken down to in the past, especially because I'm a woman. It's embarrassing. Rob very kindly lets me know what needs to be done, when it needs to be done, AND if I'm slacking and going too long with things like oil changes. He isn't patronizing or condescending, just friendly and straight to the point. He's an all around nice, HONEST, and customer oriented business owner, and I highly recommend him and his staff.
