Don't go after businesses that cannot cater to your needs. Antonio's does not offer delivery and they are exceptionally busy. If they had accommodated you, all of the other customers would have suffered because of the lack of staff. They don't deliver because they don't need to. Try planning ahead or call a pizza place that delivers!
If there was a no star option, I would have picked it....twice. We are located at a hotel less than 2 miles away for a wedding. (Google verified this) We are the bride and the wedding party getting ready and were hungry and wanted a sub platter. We could not leave the hotel and asked if they could deliver. The "employee" on the phone had the most unprofessional tone and said, "Yeah, we are short staffed and can't sacrifice a driver". Well, yeah...you just lost an $80 order. You obviously don't like business or money. Unreal.
I would give it 10 stars if I could... I have been coming to Antonio's for years now and have never once been disappointed with the food or staff. It's safe to say that this is hands-down the best true Italian deli in the area, if not the Tori-state area. The staff is always welcoming and friendly, you will never experience poor service here. The food has always been top quality as well. Whether it's just lunch for myself or catering for a whole party, the freshness and attention to detail on the flavoring is always there. Antonio's is just the best!
